Sawyer

Everett, WA
135 RESIDENTIAL UNITS

The now completed building, Sawyer, offers residents modern and innovative living spaces.

Sawyer is the first completed building of the Waterfront Apartments Project. Completed in May of 2021, this building offers luxury, waterfront living.

Located on the picturesque Fisherman’s Harbor with spectacular water and mountain views, the Waterfront Place Apartments will boast a 266-unit community in two unique buildings.

Fisherman’s Harbor is the first phase of Waterfront Place, a new 65-acre master-planned community at the Port of Everett which will be home to a 142-room boutique hotel, retail shops, restaurants, and Gracorp’s Waterfront Place Apartments. Future phases of the master plan will include office space, retail space, and Washington State University’s School of Food Science, all nestled around the thriving hub of the largest public marina on the West Coast. A lush network of parks and four miles of walking trails will create a complete lifestyle offering which embraces the beauty and charm of the Pacific Northwest.

The design of the Waterfront Place Apartments takes inspiration from Everett’s deeply entrenched marine, industrial, and timber identity. Each of the two buildings’ furnishings and amenity offerings have been thoughtfully curated to provide distinct experiences for residents of all ages, setting a new standard for contemporary waterfront living in the Pacific Northwest.

The Waterfront Place Apartments are being developed in partnership with a local development partner, SeaLevel Properties, whose principals have over 20 years of experience in the Pacific Northwest.
