1926
A BRIEF HISTORY
GRAHAM FOUNDED

P.W. Graham & Sons is founded in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan by Phillip Wigglesworth Graham. The company starts out building railway stations for the Canadian Pacific Railway. 

1930's
A BRIEF HISTORY
EXPANDING CAPABILITIES

During the Great Depression, Graham begins working on government social infrastructure such as schools and hospitals.

1950
A BRIEF HISTORY
AN ERA OF GROWTH

Graham is awarded the contract to construct the Boundary Dam Power Station in Estevan, Saskatchewan for Sask Power. Considered the largest infrastructure project in Saskatchewan's history, the project launches a new era at Graham and initiates a major growth 

1970's
A BRIEF HISTORY
CONTINUED EXPANSION

Initiating another major growth phase, Graham opens offices in Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Denver. Annual revenues grow to $100 million.

1985
A BRIEF HISTORY
A TRANSITION TO EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP

Graham employees purchase the company from the Graham Family. The company is reborn with 50 employee shareholders and a belief in Graham's vibrant future.

2000'S

MARKET DIVERSIFICATION

Graham capitalizes on the long run of buoyant times in this decade by increasing its capabilities and service offerings in a booming construction market. This drives major growth and diversification by project type, size and location. Graham is now active in the buildings, industrial and infrastructure sectors. 

2007

FURTHER EXPANSION IN THE U.S.

Graham capitalizes on the long run of buoyant times in this decade by increasing its capabilities and service offerings in a booming construction market. This drives major growth and diversification by project type, size and location. Graham is now active in the buildings, industrial and infrastructure sectors. 

2008

GRAHAM DEVELOPMENT

Graham Construction forms their Development division with two primary objectives: developing real estate projects and delivering projects under public-private partnership (P3) contracts. Graham continues to generate over $2 billion in annual revenues. 

2018
A BRIEF HISTORY
GRACORP PROPERTIES

Graham’s Development division expands further, and the real estate group becomes Gracorp Properties. Working from Seattle, Vancouver and Calgary, Gracorp focuses on the development of mixed-use, multi-family residential, office and retail projects.

2019

GRACORP TODAY

In the short time since its formation, Gracorp has shaped many communities with over 2.1M sq.ft. of space completed or in development. At present, Gracorp has 11 projects worth a total of $1.2B in various stages of development.
