Tsawwassen Commons is South Delta’s newest open-air shopping centre and one of the finest shopping destinations in the region.

This landmark outdoor shopping centre houses a collection of some of the most prominent retailers in the country including Walmart, Canadian Tire, Rona, HomeSense, Petsmart, Mark’s, Dollarama, and Staples. The first five phases of nearly 450,000 square feet are complete and substantially leased with a variety of national and international tenants. When fully completed, Tsawwassen Commons will offer 550,000 square feet of premium retail premises.

Conveniently located off Highway 17 on the way to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and adjacent to Tsawwassen Mills, Tsawwassen Commons is a shopping destination in a trading area that services the affluent areas of Tsawwassen, Ladner, Delta and South Richmond. The centre is part of a 1,000-acre master-planned community that includes commercial, industrial, residential, office, natural and park areas. Approximately 2,800 new homes have been approved for development in the area, signaling the promise of steady growth. Tsawwassen Commons is close to Delta Port, a new 300-acre business park, and 4 million sq. ft. of planned industrial space. New transportation infrastructure such as the South Fraser Perimeter Road makes the site easily accessible from the surrounding eastern municipalities of Surrey, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam and the Fraser Valley.
