Poplar Centre is a health and wellness centre located on Macleod Trail just south of downtown Calgary. Centrally located, the three-storey building offers excellent access for Calgarians from all quadrants of the city. Developed in partnership with Rise Management Inc., an experienced medical office developer with seven similar projects across Western Canada, Poplar Centre will offer approximately 44,000 sq. ft. of medical office space and 22,000 sq. ft. of convenient main floor retail space. The synergistic mix of office tenants includes a family practice/walk in clinic, an allergy clinic, a dental clinic, a respiratory clinic with respiratory lab, and a physiotherapy centre. The main level features convenient retail and healthcare services such as a walk-in clinic, a pharmacy, a dentist, and food and beverage options.

The project is located in a strong commercial area on Macleod Trail and is conveniently accessible to both Blackfoot Trail and Glenmore Trail. Poplar Centre will benefit from its close proximity to LRT and bus transit, the presence of the nearby established residential communities of Windsor Park and Elboya, as well as the adjacent amenities and complementary commercial developments such as Chinook Centre.

Named after one of Calgary’s most prolific and picturesque tree species that is also known for its ability to thrive in all conditions, Poplar Centre has been designed to bring in natural light. The colour palette and materials were chosen for their ability to promote health and wellness – every aspect of the building was considered with its clients in mind.
