This busy, two-storey Shoppers Drug Mart is located at the intersection of 13 Ave. and Granville Street – one of Vancouver’s most prominent streets.

The Granville/Broadway market is one of the most desired retail areas in Vancouver and is constrained by a limited supply of developable sites.

Gracorp co-developed this 17,500 sq. ft. store, which features unique architectural features such as an airy glass staircase that can be seen from the street. The underground parkade offers 20 parking stalls. In 2012, the Shoppers Drug Mart was sold to a local investor.
