Currents of Windermere is a modern and upscale 106-acre shopping centre located in the Windermere area of Edmonton, Canada. It is considered one of Edmonton’s largest shopping centres with approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. of retail, office and residential space when fully built out. The site is nearly 90% complete (as of Dec. 2022) with future residential and retail developments on the horizon to add additional density on site.

The site has nearly 100 different tenants anchored by large box stores such as Home Depot, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Cineplex and Cabelas.
